Order was not done at specified time.. the staff didn’t even know a order was even put into the system. I still needed to wait for the teriyaki chicken .. took about 20 minutes longer ..The online ordering and app was a complete waste of time.
Seems most of the time, the cashier has to take orders, confirm the online orders, and make the food for the online orders. Cashier properly shouldn have to do all that because then it's a delay for us picking up online orders. I think it would be better if someone was dedicated to doing the Online Orders only to speed up the option. Last time I ordered, took an additional 15mins to get my food after the scheduled pick up time. Ridiculous. Other then that, everything else is fine. Wish Panda also did BBQ Pork Buns, but that's not serious.
I make an order and it “processes” order but no confirmation or error.
I use the mobile app to skip to the front of the line, and every single time when I arrive my order hasn’t shown up yet. The employees are completely unapologetic and say they can’t prepare my food until the order shows up. Horrible.
Every time I attempt to place an order and select a time for pickup, the app requires me to select another time....all of the time slots are unavailable!!
App worked great. Arrived at the store to pick up food and it was not busy in any way and went through drive through. I learned you have to come in to pick up which at the time made sense, thought maybe they would be checking if it was my order. In reality my food was sitting on a shelf and not a single employee said a word to me. My kids love panda but I will not go back to this location because of the lack of service.
App is good, easy to use, good interface. It when you get to the restaurant it goes downhill.
I have tried with several CC’s and it always says “invalid card” and I can’t pay or check out. I just ended up deleting the app and sending my husband there to order everything. After selecting all specific meals for a large family, it’s annoying to have to say “forget it” and just go order through drive thu. Basically useless unless you just want to see menu options and prices.
