I’m having an issue with opening the game itself. I click the game, it opens and it acts like I’m going to be taken to the main menu but then it closes the app. I’m not sure what is going on because before this wasn’t an issue for me. It’s just a small issue but if you could look into it I would appreciate it.

First of all RIP to Queer spending money on this game and getting locked out for something the game did. This game made unauthorized purchases for a lot of people and has bad management. Coming from a lot of people that have played the game and spent a lot and over $1,000.00 on the game itself. If your going to play don’t spend ANY money. Although they have better games like Mystic Messenger that aren’t rip offs, have actual great voice acting, and fantastic story lines. Play MM, not this piece of junk. At least they give you stuff worth your money and time.

Fun glorified dress up game. Love the outfits. Game is heavy on the pay-to-play pay-to-win and makes farming hard. The growth fund for $10 they had was a great idea and I got it. It was great to earn lots of gold for progressing through the game. I hope they do it again or allow it to reset. The developers should add a purchase log or receipts statements within the game though to keep legal track for consistencies with bank statements. Paying players in the game are talking about being double-charged in their bank statements, particularly for Android users. And then the users that contact customer support about it get refunded but then locked out of their accounts. Apple/Android please look into this.

A little app issue

Hi so like I honestly really like the app but just recently when I opened the app it just all of a sudden closed.I’ve left it alone for a couple of days and I’m trying to open it again but it keeps closing and not letting me play.Is there any way of fixing that?

Fun but can’t get into my account

I really like this game. Like, REALLY like. The art is great, the storyline is compelling, and the other players are super nice. The mini games are fun as well, and I love collecting servants. However, since server maintenance has occurred on Monday I haven’t been able to get into my account whatsoever. I open the app and as soon as I try to login, it crashes. Is there any chance this issue will be fixed soon?

I really did enjoy the game it was cute but now it just won’t open it spam close and black outs which is sad so it be great if they fixed that

I was enjoying the game but I haven’t been able to log in for almost 2 weeks- right after I bought a package too... game crashes on sign in. Why do I need to sign in to Facebook for support ... I don’t want that sorry.

I love this game. But a lot of English speaking users, including myself, are having trouble with some aspects because the translations are not accurate. I think it would also be beneficial for there to be a way to translate in chat. That way everyone doesn’t have to speak the same language but they can engage each other for events and help if needed.

Fun and cute but lots of cheaters

It’s a really fun game with lots of creative challenges, a cute story, and the fashion element is great. Only problem is there are quite a few cheaters and it feels like the developers don’t do much about it. Often times you’ll be leading in a weekly competition, when a couple hours before it ends someone ranked behind you will suddenly jump double the points they were lagging by into first place. A feat that sometimes would cost a whole lot of money spent in gold to do so. It’s pretty bold cheating and when you report it..nothing happens.
