I love Pages. It is one of my favorite apps, actually! But a recent update they had, I'm NOT too happy about. You used to be able to change the font style and font size along with the tab button right above your keyboard. It was so easy and fast to change your font. But the update deleted the tab button for good! Now I have to use spaces to tab my paragraphs, and they end up all uneven! They also moved the font changing buttons to the style section at the top of the page. It takes 3 minutes to just find those buttons, while just tapping above your keyboard was so quick before. I really hope Apple considers another update that changes all of it back. I just want the old Pages back again!

I'd give it a zero if I could! I admit that I am not very bright, don't have a college degree. But I thought Apple was there to simplify things and teach me things that could benefit me in some way!! Why does all of the examples of things I can do in Pages come up with English as the date and under an i.e. a person or company address and then the signature is in English but everything else is in some language that looks like Latin? How am I expected to learn anything from this! I need to be able to read what they are saying in their examples, the contexts and and content on what they are trying to teach me every paragraph is in a language I don't understand!!!! How does this benefit me in anyway? Is there anyway of fixing it?

For what it worth this as good as it was when it was iWork's when you introduced as iWork's Macintosh when you first came out with Application. As compared to word I would us pages over word just simple fact that is simple and basic word processor program. I really like the program and use the he t out of it. I do all my work off my iPad using Pages. I even write my books that I e-published on Amazon with Pages. The only minor set back that I have with Pages is the fact that you have to double tap a item to rotate it and I can sit here for an hour trying to get my object that I need to rotate, to rotate it. Sometimes I just give up and just let it go and work with that way. It would be nice if you could click on a comer tab and it would turn to a rotating icon and could rotate this way this would make life much easier. What did you guys do with zapher do at fonts that all the little icons in them.the last thing it would be nice to se implement into Pages is auto grammar check that check the sentence structure for similar to what word does. Other this recite so Pages is great Application I really enjoy using the application.

Loved this app until recently. It's frozen. I can't update it, delete it or open it. It's just stuck! The developers need to make an update or something!

Apple updated and degraded its desktop productivity suite years ago, now, to rewrite their productivity tools using a design language that would interface well with their iOS counterparts. Presumably the goal was maintain one-to-one correspondence and feature parity across platforms in order to keep an intuitive, continuous experience as users switched between devices. However, core functionality (fonts and the ability to edit styles, for starters), while regained by the macOS is still defunct on iOS making this app ineligible for any but the most rudimentary work. This app is suitable for middle-school students and housewives and a rude awakening for the rest of us who thought we could count on Apple to at the very least maintain the integrity of their software.
Apple, please fix the editing features!

Great idea, love the iCloud sync, but the editing features are unusable. For instance, you should be able to open an invoice template or an old invoice and be able to change the dates and quantities and then save as afterwards. Seems like an obvious thing to integrate. It takes me 30 seconds on the Mac, but would love to be able to do it on the go from my phone.

I'm doing something private on the app and every time I want to put a picture on another picture it messes up everything. It's so annoying.
