Good concept, rough execution

I like the concept and I do plan on continuing to use it as motivation. That said, the app has a lot of issues that really need to be addressed. The major one that I keep seeing are CONSTANT timeouts/errors with contacting the Pact servers/service errors. It gets incredibly frustrating. I can't even withdraw my rewards, nor can I submit a proper bug report because their in app bug report feature doesn't work if you attach screenshots. I would really rather see them put ads in the app to raise revenue and hire more devs and QA at this point. Edit: really sad to see Pact go. ?

NOTE: Pact will soon be shut down. The last pacts that users can participate in will end on July 9, 2017, and you will receive your final rewards on July 11, 2017. Once we reach July 11, 2017 we highly encourage you to request your rewards - you’ve earned them! I started out with 3 gym activities per week, and graduated up to 5. I go to the gym 3 days a week and do 10,000 steps on my FitBit the other 2 days. This app really keeps me motivated. I love the cash rewards too. I earn a little over $1 a week, and when that accumulates to over $10, I withdraw that amount from PayPal. It should be easy to make $50/year. Their customer service is top notch. Only negative is that their requirement to spend at least 30 minutes at the gym is too lenient -- I spend that amount of time just in the locker room.

I've been a loyal user for years. Now they've shut down and appear not to be paying what they owe me -- a sizable balance built up over a year. Not responding to customer service requests. Why are they still in the App Store? Very disappointed--they have not paid others I know either. They need to honor their debts and terms of service.

Great ap. Just hit 719 workouts today!!! Keeps me motivated to hit the gym consistently. When synced with my Fitbit if I don't make the gym, 10000 steps counts for my day. Looking forward to hitting 1000. Edit: hate to see it go, any other suggestions for similar ap??

It's shutting down and they refuse to respond about my rewards. I tried to cash out, it shows my money is gone from the app but no payment has occurred. The help desk ticket I keep inputting is an auto message saying they're shutting down and I should request my payment ASAP.

Did not receive rewards and customer service unresponsive

Did not respond to customer service inquiries. Did not pay out final rewards. Double charged me for a missed Pact. I'm very displeased and feel cheated.

Great app until it stoped working

I've been using it for a few years and love it. But recently I've had a lot of troubles. I've recently gotten alerts that I needed to fix my form of payment and then when I did it said they weren't accepting any new pacts. Also when I tried to log an activity it wouldn't let me and when I tried to report the issues I've been having it never went through and it wouldn't allow me to send it.

Not even one star. Never had any issues with this app and now all of a sudden when I ask to cancel, I'm given three different pacts in one week and am probably going to be charged. I've already requested they be canceled 4 times with no response. Someone better get back to me asap.
