Unable to get my money

I recently received an email from Pact informing me that they were shutting down and advising me to withdraw my funds. I have attempted to do this but am having difficulty since my PayPal email address has changed since I first joined Pact. There is not a way for me to update this within the Pact app, but it will not allow me to withdraw my funds because my PayPal account is not verified. (In actuality, my PayPal account is verified; only the email address has changed.) I have sent multiple emails to customer service through the app over the past 3 weeks but have not received any reply. I still receive automated emails from Pact telling me to withdraw my cash. I would very much like to and am requesting for someone to please contact me.
So sad to see it closing down

I absolutely loved this app. Super motivating. Didn't realize just how motivating it was until they shut down. User since 10/2016.
BEWARE! FTC INVESTIGATED PACT!

**BEWARE** THE FTC HAS INVESTIGATEDPACT. Just Google "FTC PACT" Twice I mischarged for missed Pacts even though I had met my goals. It seemed as if Pact was hoping I wouldn't notice. After the second charge I emailed them and asked them to delete my account. Something is not right about the whole system.

It's a waste of time. I got the app only to see how it worked only to be told it wasn't accepting new people

Yes there were some glitches, but in my experience, the customer service was fantastic and got back to me straight away. I truly don't know what the bad ratings are talking about when they mention terrible customer service. This was one of the few things that kept me accountable and kept me going to the gym to at least get 10,000 by walking on the treadmill (on my bad days). And the money I earned was actually deposited to my PayPal account. I don't know why Pact closed, but I sure do wish they'd come back!

I tried countless times to link the different apps and none of them would link with pact. It also kept freezing and making my phone get hot. I would of loved to use this app and make extra money but it’s just making me irritated at the moment. I hope you fix the issues and get better.

Logged on to create an account and got an error stating they weren’t taking any new users. Tough way to grow if you don’t allow people to join.
