Not honoring pay outs now? Fraud?! – Pact: Earn Cash for Exercise and Healthy Living Review

I've been a loyal user for years. Now they've shut down and appear not to be paying what they owe me -- a sizable balance built up over a year. Not responding to customer service requests. Why are they still in the App Store? Very disappointed--they have not paid others I know either. They need to honor their debts and terms of service.
