Love throw app and use it religiously. I just have one feature request. I’d like to be able to export in gpx format so I can use it in other applications like RunGap, Strava, and RunKeeper.


Getting faster!

I used the 21K runner app to train for my first half marathon. I went from running 5.5 mph to running 6.5 mph. I got this app to get even faster. Now I run between 6.5 mph and 7.3 mph. I can run faster than I ever imagined. I recommend both apps. I love the timers and running with a program.


Best Run App - esp for beginners

I ran my first ever 5K on their couch to 5K program. my next goal is to improve my time over the next few months. this program has already stretched me and am getting faster and more efficient! thanks for putting this together! it’s changing my life. Great App after couch to 5K

I love the fact that this app “stays on” and I don’t constantly have to tap my phone to keep it running. Also, I like the way it counts down what I have left to do.


GPS does not track

I used to love this company’s apps because their programs really worked. But in the last 6 months, the gps has not being tracking my runs. I went through their manual and talked to their customer service. I was told by them that iPhones and their apps are having issues and they are working it out. After two months, and it is still not tracking my runs. I have to go with another app service.


Good/low volume

This is the second app I’ve used in this series. They work for me; I’m able to meet my goals. Con: voice volume is very low, I wear my device on my back side and have a hard time hearing it even though my volume is turned all the way up.

Great app! Must get Apple Watch support

This is a fantastic app. Great running plan and keeps you on track through voice commands for interval workouts. There is a major flaw however! Who still runs with their phone? This app requires the phone to be with you. Most people who work out on a regular basis not have some sort of fitness watch and if you have an iPhone then it is probably an Apple Watch. Please get Apple Watch support so we can ditch the phone on our runs. Thank you.
