Gives me continued discipline now that I've finished couch to 5k--would be even better if it monitored pace, ie let you know if you weren't actually running faster on the "run faster" segments.

Only in week 3 day one, haven't noticed great improvements but I am not even half done and it is summer. Had a slight issue with it not breaking in to coach me wk1 day3, but after I checked all the settings I haven't has that problem again.

This app is very basic. If you are looking for an app that tracks distance and pace this app isn't the one for you. However, I have been using this app along with the nike running app and I have noticed a significant change in my pace. My speed is consistently improving and I'm glad I found a cheap app to help me accomplish my fitness goals ✌️?

I love this app but hated the fact that I could only use on my iPad in "portrait" mode. The updated version allows me to use it in landscape mode. The background and other features are refreshing. Thanks for making a good app perfect.

Please bring back the ability to use the app in portrait. Also, the images are terrible. Please keep things simple and go back to the clean design of before!

A great APP was ruined with their update. AWFUL! You don't even know what the workout is before you start it. Now it list total times without individual segments. Completely changed the app from what was purchased.

It's not bad. Only $2.99 for an 8-week training plan. Just remember, this is a pacer. If you can't run 3 miles already then this app might be difficult. However, I do find it challenging but I always feel good after I look at my ending time as it's slowly decreasing.

I like this app. I am just getting into running. I started with 0 to 5k and am now using this app. The reason that I give it a four out 5 is because I wish there was a place to keep track of my speed and distance In the app it self.

It's missing some important features that keeps this app just average. There's no indication of your current running pace. It doesn't allow you to set a metronome to help pace yourself. And it should have a built-in heart rate monitor, by holding your finger over the camera lens, to help you judge your exercise level.
