I keep all of my calendar events and email in this app and it gets me through. Highly recommended.

Where to begin? Notifications don't work, syncing doesn't get all emails, UI is buggy, requires unlocking almost every single time even if I just opened it a minute before, gets stuck downloading updates for days at a time and won't show emails, gets stuck saying that it's seeing up for offline mode for days at a time. I wouldn't use it at all, but I don't have a choice, as regular outlook doesn't work with my work email.

I have my notifications turned on, but badges, sound and notification does not work. Other than that, I like that app.

The visual metaphor of the app appears to be Windows mobile. Or maybe Windows 10. Hard to read - variations of one shade of blue - and iconography that is unintuitive with no help context. Click and be surprised! Responsiveness varies and can be unusable at times. When it's not, the app allows you to read and respond to email and look at your calendar. Better integration with Exchange bs Apple Mail and Calendar but I still prefer the latter.

This is really frustrating because it's the only way for me to access my work email via my phone.

App says it’s Downloading an app update for 3 days now. Can’t use or read emails. This is an on and off issue with this app over the past several years.

Initially I loved this app, it was the answer to get work email on my phone while traveling. In Mid July the app started to get spotty with the constant downloading app updates. When this happens you can see you have new mail in the mail tab, but you cannot read it when you open it. This renders the app useless, to correct this issue you have to uninstall the app for 24 hours and then re-download it. After that it will work for another month. If you have another option I recommend you stay away from the OWA iPhone!

The integration with desktop /web is seamless if a folder is open. But if a folder isn’t opened, it doesn’t sync. And when you do open it, it can take a long time to update and sync—not good when on the road. Biggest issue is the search function is either buggy or doesn’t work at all.
