This has saved my life. I have lost 30 pounds walking to all the free books on tape offered up by the LA Public Library. My eyesight isn't so good anymore, so this is a great way to keep up with literature. I would dock it 1/2 star for the occasional hiccup that causes the app to return to the beginning of the file instead of moving on to the next one. But I forgive Overdrive for being insanely good with a minor flaw. It's a beauty mark.

Now that they have fixed a few of the more annoying bugs I have no complaints. I mostly use it to get audiobooks from the library and it works great.

This app rocks!!! Select audio books and e-books from the comfort of your couch. Easy to use. Aside from intimately reading and turning the pages of an actual book, this is the next best thing. Excellent when driving long distances--with audiobook only, of course. What are you waiting for? Download this app!

Getting the time to read is a luxury for me. Thanks to this app, I can download all sorts of content and keep my knowledge and mind sharp. Thanks you, and please keep improving the app. It sometimes looses where I left off when listening to audiobooks. This typically happens when I unplug the charger in my car. Otherwise, it is awesome to get access to my library system from the comfort of, well, wherever.

OK But Not Great

Pros: 1.) Easy setup with options for text size, margins & line spacing. 2.) Multiple dictionaries & web search. Cons: 1.) DRM might prohibit the "copy-n-paste" function which makes using this app for school or research a bit problematic. Faster just to take screenshot, or use trusty pencil & paper. 2.) "Define" only seems to work at random, and if near the margin, app will advance to previous or next page. ------ So it's probably 5 star if just for pleasure, but for working on something... Well it might still need work!
