Free reading is great, and the ability to download is absolutely incredible. That being said, the app is a little glitchy and a little slow. Room for improvements, but 10000% worth using regardless.

I love this app. It's great with all the libraries I use. The only down fall I have came across is when I rent an audiobook and Bluetooth it in my car after the first time the books will never reopen. The app then crashes every time I try and open the book. Then I have to delete the app, reinstall, redownload all the books that I have already downloaded. This is awful BC I always have at least three audiobooks and three ebooks checked out. Very disappointing.

Very good for reading library books. Has all the features I need for God reading experience. As a wish lost item, I like it to keep track of books I've read by author. Many authors write a series of books about a particular character and often it takes a year or 2 before a new one comes out. Sometimes I can't remember if I've managed to get all the earlier ones in the series.

I'm new to e reading, also a baby boomer and not very technical. This should be easier to navigate but it is so hard to get to the reading part after you download a book . Once you figure out how to get it to open , it becomes easier , but the first time (with every book I've downloaded) it's difficult to open !!!! I guess I'll just keep trying !

I don't like writing reviews because it's obvious that people who create the apps don't read the reviews. To my knowledge they never change anything based on our complaints or suggestions. However, I will try again. This is a necessary app that functions without too many hitches. I use it a lot so I'm sensitive to its idiosyncrasies. I am also comparing it to the Audible.com app. #1 The app remembers your password but it doesn't recognize you as the user. We have to continually sign in, which isn't a quick process. While going through the sign-in steps you've lost your place and have to restart your search. #2 The searching process is sometimes difficult since it doesn't have "smart" search ability. Authors names must be 100% accurate, which means you cannot have an extra space or omit a space. For example: The author "C. J. Box" - Sometimes these names are written with no space between C. and J. and instead are written as such: C.J. Box. But, sometimes they do have a space. Even if you've cut & pasted an author's name from their own website it won't show up, even when the library carries the author's books. Also, the search process won't help you find "Woods" if the search is written as "Wood." Since I'm on the subject of cutting and pasting I will save this review and paste it in the next time I'm asked to review the Audible app. If we keep submitting our critiques a miracle may happen & the app creator may read our suggestions.
