Loving Lotus Wellness
I’ve just started using the FAM and the app and am enjoying it so far. The only change at this stage that I would like is to edit data for previous days. Bring new to it I’ve forgotten to edit my chart a few times and cannot do so once the day is over. Thanks!
Birth Control Alternative!

If you’re looking for an alternative to the standard birth control (hormones, pills, injections, IUD), this could be great for you! I just check a few aspects one of the times I use the restroom throughout the day, then when I lay down I just enter it in on the app! Literally takes a minute! So easy, straight forward. You can add as much or little information as you’d like. The basics you can track Are basal body temperature, cervical position, cervical fluid, sex, and periods. You can also track supplements, medications, contraceptive methods, ect. It is also super easy to look at past months charts!

I’ve used various paper charts and apps over the last few years, but was looking for something new after adding temps to my other observations. After reading the book, I figured the corresponding app would be the best place to start. I use a fertility monitor, and wish there was an option to record “Low”, “High”, and “Peak” vs just OPK’s positive or negative, but the app allows me to add custom fields, so I’ve added the info that way. It can also be a bit slow, but that seems related more to my internet connection. Overall, I am really liking this app and all of the features that help me chart my fertility.

This app is great in keeping all the relevant FAM characteristics in one easily to digest graph. After reading TCOYF, having this visual and log was immensely helpful in interpreting my cycle. Highly recommend this app !
Best TTC App Available!

This is the best App I’ve seen for trying to conceive. It allows you to track all the signs of fertility, and it charts them for you. We decided to start trying to conceive on my 39th birthday, and I with the help of this app and the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler, I gave birth one week before my 40th birthday. This app makes tracking and charting so easy. This is my favorite app I’ve ever download. Without the help of this app, who knows how long we would have been waiting! Now we’re enjoying every moment with our little bundle of joy.

this app does what i need it to do, but obviously is outdated and slow. would love a simply improvement on that and would change my 4 stars to 5!

The app is easy to use and helpful for charting. I just wish it was easier to look at the whole chart in the mobile app and there were more explanations for all of the different notations on the chart.

I’ve been using the app for over 2 years and I love that I can look back and compare cycles. An update on the frequent login and syncing delays would be greatly appreciated and make the app much more user friendly!

The app is very thorough. It has all of the information I’d want to track and I appreciate how much custom data can be added. It does take a bit more time to enter data than other fertility monitoring app.
