Could use more ways to start conversations, I like how other apps have those pictures you can send in chats. Everything else has been good though.

First off, you’d have to pay $40 to be able to send other users messages, which is ridiculous. And now my account has been disabled for no apparent reason. I tried contact the developer but the email addresses listed on their website are not even valid.

Hello, I am unsure weather to say this website is a scam or real. After I subscribed to your website for 40$ I was being logged out for almost week. I have sent countless emails to the email provided as your customer, still got no response. How do I ho about this? I still notifications everyday but can’t log in with my registered number.....

My app has been blocked when I tried to log back in. I do not know what was the issue. I had to keep reposting my main profile picture 3 to 4 times after first use which could a bit frustrating because you can’t message the person.

so i noticed someone else said they cant get pass weight and height info and that was like 2months ago. here i am wanting to try the app and i see this bug. that shows that customers support probably gets ignored a lot or they wont fix simple bugs.

I paid for a month subscription I did meet some quality people for the most part but I received support emails in chinese with no way to translate and I’m in the USA which I presume is a big target market for you! your translation function within the app works well within the app when you don’t have to constantly log out of each chat to have it translate timely. I made a few suggestions and stated I may not return and my account was locked out some customer service- very sad for folks that are getting $20 a month from a VIP membership. I’ve never seen someone in any business ever act in such a manner such is life with this pay monthly or per message love search! I’d also like to add I did verify with a valid drivers license so you not allowing me access to delete my information should be a big red flag for others out there this is not the first review I’m seeing with “paid” customers saying they are locked out for no apparent reason mine seems to be because I decided to wait to renew a subscription so I could weigh if it was worth getting all these annoying messages in a bottle that I kindly made a suggestion about to the developer or team of folks here and even sent screen shots total waste of my day to show where support is sending me chinese response with no way to translate. I think for the cost it’s not too bad but come on if you want to retain customers or even have some that may return someday this is bad business practice especially when you have a lot of folks personal info on your servers. I will be contacting apple support for your lack of proper help and response and for the pure fact I can’t access my info anymore to completely delete my information ! This is a huge problem these days.
