App not letting me login after paying $19.00 register fee

I don’t know what happen but after many times of uploading my profile pic your app kept removing it asks me to verify so i paid the $19.00 and it seemed to be working then I was logged out and I can’t login anymore I tried to login with my email and phone number but no luck so I decided to try and reset my password using my phone number and it sent me 4-digit code I entered the code nothing happen so I had the system to resend me a code about 5 times same results can’t reset my password ... so I would like to have my $19.00 refunded or I will have my bank to remove the charge

Don’t get this app if you’re from the US,they basically make you have to pay to even look at who messaged you and most of them are bots don’t even bother reading the reviews they are bots aswell.
App is fake and reviews are fake

LOOK FOR THE ONE STAR REVIEWS FOR THIS APP BECAUSE THEY ARE TELLING THE TRUTH. Mostly everyone here on this app are robots texting a conversation without you being present. The reviews are doubled and tripled so they are literally giving themselves the 5 stars. You come across the same reviews. This app took my 20 dollars and I want a refund. Scam!!!

If you want to meet women in your local area, you can forget it. This is for meeting women from China that is 1000000 miles away from you. Setting the desire location doesn’t work. Waste of time!! Whoever said is better than 2RedBeans, that is negative. 2RedBeans > OE

I disliked the experience and I disliked the service, I advise anyone who is considering to get this app to read the terms of service and get to know them better before applying, I got locked outside of my account and my photos and profile wasn’t permitted to me after that note that all of that was without any reason or notice, I heard it happens a lot in this app an over all I regret getting this app .
