Worst service we have ever had

The waitress brought us three loaves of bread. We ate the first two but did not eat the third. We asked her to take away the third because it looked old and was hard to the touch. She said “oh no it must just be cold” but never even offered to bring a fresher loaf. The waitress took our order and then brought over the salads. We saw her again when our food was ready to be served. She asked if we needed anything or refills of the sangria. She did not even offer anyone else at the table refills on their drinks or offer to get the sangria drinkers anything else. Shortly after the food was served we requested a refill on the unlimited shrimp. The shrimp started showing up two boats at a time and only about 5-10 minutes apart. This was only for one person, so sending boats that quickly was very wasteful. After 4 additional boats came, she came to check and snottily ask if we wanted more shrimp. When we finished the meal, then she decided to come over and refill water glasses. Only then did she offer a refill on coke to the other adult but completely ignored the children at the table and did not offer to refill their beverages. She asked if there was anything else we wanted, and even though the hostess had been told about a birthday in our group, there was nothing said or referenced about this. All night we watched our server be more attentive to the other tables while she walked passed us avoiding any eye contact. Also, the woman’s bathroom was filthy and looked like something you would find at a fast food restaurant.

App never works. I receive a payment error when playing through app. I've used multiple cards too.
Useless for paying your bill

I tried to use the app to pay the bill. Totally useless. Would not process, would not drop text keyboard... essentially lots and lots of glitches!!!
Disappointed

App doesn’t allow paying by physical or online gift cards. It only takes credit/debit cards. It displays the itemized bill but doesn’t allow saving it.
Disappearing profile

My account profile disappears without warning from the online app. The app rarely works to boot.
