Great way to pay and go when you are on the run, but unfortunately the app is very slow so it takes a while to process payments.

The worst sirloin I ever had. That cow had a rough life. The center cut was not tender or tasty. It was like bubble gum. I think I may go vegetarian now.

The last 3 times my wife and I went to have dinner at your restaurant located on 25th street, in Indianapolis the service and the quality of the food was not what I expected from Outback. We used to love going to Outback, but no more, it’s been 3 months since we have been there. I just thought someone should know about the problem.

First off, this app is very convenient. I can pay on it, I can look at a menu on it and I can get money back in my pocket. The issues I’m having with this is when I tell servers I have the app, they ask for my phone number but it doesn’t always go through unless I pay with the app (which can be annoying when I don’t have my phone). Second off the whole “plan a visit” never works. At all. And my last issue with it is I’ve probably taken pictures of a handful of receipts (in the given timeframe and not all on one day) and still haven’t gotten any check marks for those. Which can be frustrating especially when I don’t have my phone to pay the bill on it. Which means my visit doesn’t count. The app itself isn’t too big of an issue but there three points are enough to constitute three stars instead of four or maybe five.

We love it here, but with several large, boisterous parties, it was so loud, it was very hard to hear our own conversation. When they cleared out, it was so much better. We’ll still be back!❤️

Our server Jarrian M was great, he has an awesome attitude, very professional, loved his personality. He made the dinner experience worth it.

Terrible to use the app. Very difficult to log in. Pisses me off every time I’ve used it.

Sarah M was very helpful and suggested just the right foods. We had a great meal with my wife having various food allergies and she was very accommodating.
