The Outback App uses data encryption to protect your financial information and card data is never stored on Outback Steakhouse servers. The Outback App uses GPS to enhance the user experience by prompting you to check in when you arrive at the restaurant. Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

This app doesn’t work most of the time. And, I just got chased out the door after finally getting app to work and take my payment. Server didn’t know we had used the app. I’m done!
Nice app, but needs other payment options...

App was straightforward, easy to use, but would like to be able to use the Apple Wallet payment cards or Apple Pay.

Should be able to check your rewards. When you open the app rewards should be clearly visible. Should not have to give server your telephone number. Enter this info thru app. Giving out tele number seems a bit of a safety/security issue.

Added a new card. By scanning. I told it to save for future. It did not. I told it to use now. It didn’t. I tried 3 times. Then did it manually. It finally worked

We love the Bloomin Fried Chicken but we have been there 3 times in the month with the same cranky hostess with an attitude. She never brings the high chair we ask for. Tonight she left out the fact that I asked for a 1/2 booth or table and she gave us a booth! We got our silverware after some bread. This girl needs to go!
Outstanding service

We travel a lot and eat at a lot of expensive restaurants. That being said every time we come to Outback the service and food is great. You really can tell that they go through an excellent training program. I am in the rewards program and I think it is great. The Outback I frequent is close to my office so I can go there for lunch also. First time tonight I will be using the call ahead seating so I will see how that goes.

My table and the table in front of me were both given under cooked steaks. Manager address the issue and replaced the steaks. Server was attentive and pleasant.
