Hacking my profile

Someone has hacked my profile and I can’t get in to it to change it back. Also I have had several people with false identities contact me... over all not a great experience.
This app a liability and not secure

I’ve tried a few dating apps, but this one is far and away the worst. In addition to the usual online dating apps problems, I was chronically emailed by a scammer trying to get my password and payment info. After canceling my account and removed my profile the scammer continued emailing me for months afterwards. I filed a complaint but the staff was useless. In sum, the lack of cyber security is a liability and they simply do not care.

Paid a 1mo th subscription and my chosen pictures jump around or disappear all together. Many times people told me I have no puctures. Call the number and of course I got overseas who just offered to cancel my subscription instead of fixing the problem. Second problem is messages take forever to appear and update meaning a conversation is useless.

Hello.Recently I have to delete and upload app almost every day because it’s freezing.Also, I don’t understand how some people can write so much about their story and I have to stick with questions and limited amount of letters.Why,after I put all my requirements for age,weight and location, in Today’s match I am mostly getting people 10 years older and from out of state?Not to mention that age is not adjusted so if someone has profile 5 years ago it shows age 5 years ago...

I have been unable to sign in to my phone for a while now. Each time I try, it says Authentication failed, try again later. I’ll live to renew My subscription using my Apple store credit but the fact that I cannot sign in makes it difficult for me. I’ll live something done about this

I responded over 100 times I initiated over 100 times and no matter what it went nowhere. It is clear that this app is bogus, a bogue like we said in the business...totally disappointed with spending $twenty Nine Ninety Five on bull....don’t do it save your money and meet at church, the grocery store or a coffee shop. This is ridiculous!

It’s horrible just another scammers paradise. If you need assistance good luck. I’ve sent numerous emails and called no reply. I just want off.
