I made payment and I was debited but my account wasn’t activated , I’ve been told to report to you guys kindly refund my account .

The user interface to the OurTime website is bad enough. This app adds to the uselessness of the OurTime product and its interface. It is unquestionably, undoubtedly, the absolute worst app I have ever seen. In fact this app is one of the leading reasons why I will not renew my subscription to OurTime. It is so very clear that the people who wrote this app (the software developers) have never used it themselves. I will personally stick with Match - a good service with a decent app.

Join me in suing this company. Will not refund unused account. App is full of ghost accounts. I’m an attractive 50-ish woman and tried this app for 2 months before I quit. Company charged fees on top of initial charges and now says I agreed to pay for services despite the poor delivery of goods. No way! Capitalizing on single people with no real product. Losers and thieves!

I signed up for my mom. I paid for the monthly for her now I can’t login or get a new password reset... I emailed the company to only get a computer generated response that didn’t help one bit... don’t do this site.

App and website are horrible!

The overall rating you see is so accurate. I would like to point out some member/website problems. Every day you get 30 profiles to review. Every time there are about five of those that meet my stated needs (age, location). Seeing profiles of men two or more states away is a waste of time. There are also a lot of repeats. If I said no before, why in the world would that change. Rip-off!

Been on several dating sites over the past decade......this is by far the worst. The app on IOS only accessed a few of the most basic functions. (Very limited functionality). As a paid member, if you login through a web browser (necessary to perform 80% of your account functions) you are bombed with ads. The header, the sidebar and the footer...all loaded with ads for related and unrelated services. Horrid. The fake profiles are out of control. (Paraphrased) They are too lazy to write unique self descriptors for the fake profiles. They all read something like this... “I enjoy running, popcorn and a good movie. I don’t like to cook, but I am a good baker.” And have only a single photo. Avoid this site and service.

It is so different from the actual website. I would like to remove matches that keep popping up. Is there a way to do that without blocking a person? I’m not a big fan of the website either. I feel should be able to see all the matches instead of having to give a thumbs up or down to see what I might like to correspond with.

This app/site is horrible!!

There is the SAME people on this app that were on it 4 1/2 years ago! Half look to be either drunks or spaced out, unkempt, on I could go on and on. I don’t understand why I was given so much hell for a picture of my 4 pound dog, and there’s constantly guys who contact me and have NO pictures, even though I specifically stated that if they didn’t have a current one, I didn’t want contact. I don’t like that you can’t even view a message unless you pay to use any portion of the app, except to put a very restricted story of yourself up! I don’t understand after 4 1/2 years of the same problems, and countless emails sent to try to get it fixed, all I still get is a generic email response. I truly wonder if anyone in this current day and age uses this site! Very frustrated from NO responses!!

This app needs help

This mobile app is very clunky. Where do I begin? I think it needs to be completely redesigned. I don't get enough information about a potential date. Can't easily zero out messages. Have to do them one at a time, even if they're from the same person. Can't go straight from a message to someone's profile. I.e. click on their picture or…? Compare silver singles or elite singles. Much better usable mobile apps.
