I understand companies need to make money to be in business. But the subscription cost isn’t even reasonable. I personally, would rather watch an ad than to be charged crazy subscription prices. Can’t even communicate with anybody without subscription. I’m canceling my account and deleting my app TODAY.

Terrible, useless app

Just installed this app yesterday. Managed to sign up and create a profile but that’s it. Couldn’t view users, app just freezes. Next day, can’t log in, can’t change password. Completely useless, total fail. Should have read the other reviews first. And no, I don’t want to send you an email to fix this, fix the app and do effective testing before you release new versions.

I got this notice when I tried to read a message saying my account was suspended there was a phone number so I called and got a CSR and said that I needed to renew and explain the message. So I gave him my CC number he told me the message would remain for 24-48 hours but I could use the account. Unfortunately for me he applied my payment to my free account. Which is blank instead of my profiled account. So far I have emailed them 3 or 4 times and they keep asking me what I needed when I’ve explained my problem in every email/text respondent one was Jamie and she explained what to do ignoring the fact the I would need to pay again, Respondent 2 was James, he did d give a Monday thru Friday phone number and I was able to respond to his but haven’t heard back.

Please beware when subscribing for one of their packages. I had an issue after I unsubscribed, the site was still charging my debit card and I had to close out my card then get a new one!! Please check your bank statements!!!! I did meet a man who was very nice! We went out on a couple of dates. I haven’t heard too much from him. Oh well!! Shirlene

I would suggest no subscribing to this dating app. Many on here are scammers. Also, I have had my subscription set to one moth with no renewal & it renews anyway sometimes charging me twice.

I made a payment yet my profile still saying I should subscribe while they has charged my card
