I cancelled my subscription and today I was charged and I cannot get anyone to help.

I am between 50-55 years old. I enjoy the outdoors. I love fishing, and catch, clean, and cook my own.I enjoy walks along the beach, long talks and ice cream.I am divorced, have no children. I love cooking. I love animals, and seniors. I do not smoke, and if you do that is a deal breaker. Good luck to you...

Signed up, gave it a week, no interest since the filters do not seem to work at all 70 year old ladies flirting with me and my filter is set at 61 max, Can’t close my account for three days now since “account services are currently unavailable, please try again later” for three days. Not very customer focused.

The App is horrible as far as set up goes. I’m 33 & have been trying to set up an account for my dad for over an hour now. Also as far as accessing from your phone I think the website layout is horrible. If getting set up is this hard & the site itself is geared toward 50+ I’m extremely hesitant of how easy it’ll be to use.

I have been in constant contact with customer service. Initially I wrote because I wanted to personalize the sentences I completed to attract the “right” person. Only the “pet peeve about children” showed, which is irrelevant to me. After following many suggestions I deleted and reloaded the app. Now I cannot change search criteria. Previously I could change zip code, specify religion, smoking habits, etc. Disappointed.

Be extremely cautious, the only contacts I’ve made have been with men trying to separate me from my money. And I can’t find a way to cancel my membership.

Free? Ha! You are unable to see you “likes” you, not can you send a message without subscribing. Another rip off.

This app has many flaws. Poorly designed user interface which is inconsistent as user moves from computer to iPad to iPhone. Features are not well explained and will sometimes trigger even without user taking action. Especially frustrating is lack of phone support and clumsy process for creating a new password. I expect few users actually stay on this site for long or pay attention to activity. It’s not worth the cost - keep looking.

I think they tried very hard to be different that they have made the app difficult to use even after you learn it. Also the are a number of features on the website that is not on the app. It doesn’t always or immediately flag you if you have new mail.
