I am 16 years old and the first time I had this app on my iPad was yesterday and I hate it. It keeps glitching and turning my apps off every 15 minutes which isn’t supposed to happen. I don’t believe that this is a good app to use. He only put this on because I talked to someone who I’m not allowed to talk to. What sense does that make? It doesn’t do anything special about that. It hasn’t even been a week and I already hate it. I don’t understand why we need something like this. My dad is extremely embarrassing and doesn’t care about my social skills. He has taken away every app that allows me to talk to friends and he has isolated me in my room. I haven’t spoken to anyone since summer started and I’m really lonely. I hated him before and I know he is being protective but this is getting ridiculous. I haven’t done anything in all that time and he still thinks that this is what I “need”. What I DON’T need is for my dad to act as if I use my iPad too much. I barely ever use it! This is a terrible app. I absolutely hate it. NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP ON YOUR KIDS DEVICE BECAUSE THEY WILL END UP HATING YOU FOR LIFE AND THEY WONT BE “THANKING YOU LATER”. All I have to say. Bye.

I’ve noticed there are horrible reviews from children about this app. Parents have this app to protect their children and stop them from being on technology 24/7. I’m sorry there are so many reviews from children who dislike the app, but we as parents do not want predators having access to our children. When these children reviewing grow up and have their own children, they will understand why we take so many steps to protect our children. Thanks for a great app!

I doubt you’ll read this but if you do for whatever reason please listen. I really dislike this app because I feel like it gives parents too much control. My parents are already controlling enough as it is and this app doesn’t help in anyway. I get it you thought what you were doing was good and that you’d help concerned parents/guardians but you have to take into account that while you’re helping parents/guardians you’re hurting kids,children, and teens. I already know how to override this app but I won’t right now. You’re really not helping anyone but the parent/guardian . Maybe get rid of this app or something and make a different App. This is destroying relationships with parent/guardians. I already have many issues and I’ve already attempted taking my life for various reasons including my parents using this app and it’s made me really anxious that my parents could block an app at any point in time even when I’m in the middle of a conversation with a friend or I’m emailing a teacher or something along those lines. This app has malfunctioned numerous amounts of times preventing me access to everything. I can’t contact any of my friends which makes me really upset because they’re the only ones I can talk to because my parents just brush off my feelings and don’t care. This app has basically made my life more of living hell than it already is. So please remove this app. I’m begging

Hello, I have had Ourpact for about 2 years now. I think that this app is great for parents! I must say it’s not my favorite because I can’t move any of my apps, but I can see how it is a good app for parents. I think as a parent it is great to know where your kid is and to punish them when they do something bad (by turning off their phone or certain apps). But, I am not writing the review about all that. I think that Ourpact really needs to update some things. There are a bunch of apps that don’t load in Ourpact and they can’t be sorted into a certain place on your screen. I also think that Ourpact needs to keep up with the IOS updates. The IOS 14 update recently came out and I don’t like how I can’t have the new widgets out on my screen. I think that we should have the ability to move around the stuff on our screen without having to go into the app. There is also this new bug since the last update that has made it so I cannot move or delete any of my apps. I really want this to be fixed! Other than that the app is absolutely great! I hope you take my ideas into consideration! Thank You!!!
Crashes need fixing

Every time we try to use the app it crashes. Can’t delete apps unless you do it through the organizer and can’t use the organizer because it crashes. It’s frustrating that when we need the app to work they don’t work.
