honestly, i’ve had many parental controls on my phone cause my mom thinks that my anxiety is due to my phone. i hate parental controls and i hate even more to say this but this is the best one i’ve had. i’ve had several that have screwed up my internet. i’ve had bark which literally notifies your parents of potential red flags. it’s not accurate so a lot of messages and notifications go to my parents with bark. it caused a ton of unnecessary fights. i’ve had t mobile family, that was one of the worst ones. it ruined my internet, gave me only one hour on my phone and would randomly turn off. my mom would think that i turned it off, and i did not. i would get yelled at and punished for something i didn’t do but with our pact it literally deletes your apps at a certain time and downloads them back at a certain time. it’s not something any teen wants, but it’s honestly the best option. i longed for this app back when my mom put bark on my phone. it sounds crazy that i wanted this back but with this, there was no unnecessary fights, no arguments etc. for teens, if this is all you have y’all are lucky. (you know what it leaves if you know you know) i hate that i actually kind of like it but parents, this is the best option in my opinion as a teen. i hate that i’m even defending y’all ✋??

Parents, please read this instead of all the other petty ones. This app has a real problem. Every night, my phone turns off and makes it impossible to get by, so that part works. However, every single morning comes with the worst task. OurPact rearranges ALL my apps and I have to put them back each day. Some people are able to have some setting where there is a way to prevent this, but it isn’t noticeable for me. Please find a way to fix this for me, or just delete this app for inconvenience.

It’s so annoying when you unblock your apps and all of your apps are mixed up it even disables your dictation in with IOS 14 for my phone it makes every single app that I’ve ever downloaded that has been moved to my Apple library to my home screen and it makes me have so much more apps my apps are mixed up it’s sometimes delete apps and I do not recommend you get this app or OurPact

This app is truly horrible. It is disgusting that a parent doesn’t trust their child enough, that they get this app. If you cannot trust your children, trust me, they will never trust you either. Also in school, when I tell anyone about this app I get teased. Is that what you want for your children? Whenever I close my time and open it again, all of my apps get rearranged which is very frustrating. Also I can’t receive notifications and when I open my time I have to go through all my apps and turn on notifications. In some apps, like Snapchat it won’t let me turn on the notifications, even when my time is open, which is very annoying because I have to keep checking if I get any notifications and my friends think I'm ignoring them or don't like them anymore because I don’t respond to their texts. If your thinking I should just explain to them about ourpact, as I mentioned before, I get teased about it. This app has also destroyed my relationship with my parents. We can't even make small talk anymore. Ourpact is frustrating and makes me mad everytime my time runs out. It makes me wanna cry. This app is horrible.

Yes this is another kid. Sorry not sorry My parents recently downloaded this app because me and my sister were spending “too much time on your phones” it’s the middle of quarantine what else should we have been doing? Anyway, I don’t really care if I can’t use it at night. I like my sleep. But what really gets to me is the fact that my phone is my lifeline. When I say that I don’t mean that I can’t survive without it, I mean that I get bad panic attacks. Some are so bad that I can’t form sentences and I’ll literally sit in one place repeating the same word over and over. It’s bad. When this happens I often go to my phone. Believe it or not, concentrating on something that is familiar to me helps. Well, I should mention I’m depressed. Not just like “I’m sad all the time” I’m actually the depressed and sometimes suicidal. And by sometimes I mean last year the only thing keeping me alive was the fact that I was waiting for the next episode of a show. When I’m suicidal, I go to my phone, like when I’m panicked. I either text my friends or even just scroll through memes. If my phone is blocked I can’t do that. So for me, this app doesn’t just make me frustrated, it takes away the thing that is help keeping me alive and sane.

This app is very bad do not buy it. It is practically installing a virus on your phone. After about 8 or so months having it it’s just destroyed my phone. Sometimes my screen freezes because of it or one half f the screen is completely broken and I have to restart it. It’s easy to hack and just doesn’t work half the time. Even the location function doesn’t usually work! My brother also has it on his phone and it removes his Bluetooth without my parents doing it and his camera doesn’t work ever because of it. Another problem is that it takes 2-3 minutes just to unpause your time to do what you please. I understand we may be addicted and that’s probably why your buying this app for kids, but this just makes kids more rebellious and making them wanting to have even more time because your taking it away! What I recommend is that if you are a parent do NOT buy this app. It can be easily hacked into and it doesn’t really work. If you are a kid and reading this and HATE this app PLEASE PLEASE rate it 1 star so I can go away because apps with 1 star are removed from the App Store! Just rate it one star please! Thank you for your time
