The app is fine but it hasn’t synced with my membership so I can’t book classes. That’s pretty annoying. Besides that it’s a great app.


OTF is the best workout I have tried

I did OTF for over a year and stopped going because of an injury that coincided with CoVID and haven’t back until last week. I did a couple other things since I left like yoga, F45, and self directed exercise. Based on my experience, if you only could do one workout it would be OTF hands down unless Ofcourse you want to be a meat head but who wants that. Looking forward to getting back into it and achieving my fitness goals!!!

Cardio intense

The workouts always end with me walking out soaked in sweat. It’s definitely more cardio heavy than weight lifting on your average days. However there are a some days where my arms are sore from the weight lifting segment. I can definitely see more definition in my core from shedding all the fat.
