Increasingly Disappointing

I absolutely love the game itself. However, it’s increasingly disappointing that, every time I complete a mission, the game cuts out.

This terrible game is a scam
You need staff to play this game, but the developers took all of the staff away. This game is now worthless. I didn’t receive a reply when I contacted game support. Join the class action law suit to get back the money this game stole from you.
i lost months of progress

after spending months acquiring all staff... they kept changing the events program, then i lost ALL MY STAFF but not my hospital progress! after many notifications they finally refunded my purchases but what a waste of time!!!
Lots of bugs, no support

I have twice lost all of my progress and have had to start over again due to bugs in the game. The last bug had removed all of my staff. I reported it 3 different times over the course of two months and I have only gotten a canned response back about how they were working on it. So I’ve lost the premium staff I have earned and I’ve lost the hospital skins I earned. And I still haven’t heard from the developers. If you want to play this game, don’t spend any money. Ultimately a fatal bug will delete everything you worked for and spent money on and you will not get any support at all. That being said, it’s a very fun game. I just can’t recommend it when there is no support for the bugs. I don’t mind starting over again if they compensated me for my lost staff and hospital skins.
