It was good until the game deleted my entire staff in the game of over 60 people.

ALL MY STAFF ARE GONE I have a level 14 hospital HAD like 50 to 60 staff and they ARE ALL GONE

Played the game. Spent money on in app purchases. Suddenly my entire hospital is empty and I’ve lost all staff. No response to emails or help requests. Why Apple even allows this game to be downloaded is a joke. These people will steal your money

When I first got this game I was really excited to get started and I played it all the time. Of course there was some improvements but all games are like that. After a while I started playing less. I lone day when I came back all of my staff wasn’t there. I payed lots of money and worked for a long time on this app and now all of my progress was lost. The only way I can earn money for more staff is to complete surgeries but I have no surgeons. I really don’t want to start over bit now I have no choice.

I love this game and I’ve spent maybe $10 real dollars to get one really good doctor , 500 gold hearts and some energy drinks and I was almost to level 10 and I thought.. hey let’s connect to Facebook to get daily stuff (cause that’s what usually happens when connecting a game to Facebook) so I connect and it deleted all my progress including the items I purchased. I emailed the makers and they sent me one email back and have said nothing since. I am unbelievably mad. When you connect to Facebook is should transfer the data of the game you’re on now. I want a refund for the packs I bought or my game to be put back to where it was cause I know you guys can do that. Save yourselves and don’t buy anything from this game or connect to Facebook since they clearly don’t know how to operate their games.

I’ve played this game for over two years now, with my time AND my own money, and now, for the SECOND time the game has erased all my progress. Took all my doctors, nurses, paramedics, etc....everything is gone but the rooms. I will never play this game again and I will tell every little gamer I know to stay away!!!! I’m so mad!!! Never had any other game do this to me and yes, the first time it happened I messaged the system and got no response!!

This game is broken. Do not waste your money or your time. It will suddenly stop working after you put in time.

First off, we need more personnel. 2. The daily rewards needs to be changed back to after 5 days in a row you get 20 gold hearts a day. It really helps. 3. Can you guys put more tragic things in.. there’s was a building fire; bus crash- I haven’t had anything like that since the bus crash and it gets annoying 4. During surgery, especially tumor removal, after you cut the tumor, and you go for the forceps to remove it everytime I do that, I lose a life? Idk why that happens when that’s what your taught to do during the tutorial
