Why the newsfeed on iOS but not on OS? Like, why? This is not a substitute for Facebook, this should be a web browser. Disappointed with the mobile version as I do still enjoy the OS version.

I am offended by the sex-based click hungry "news" posted in the news feed, yet yr devs limit consumer choice - I can't turn the stream off nor customize it. Who thought that was a good idea? Not yr users.
The "homepage" is awful.

Used to be such a simple, clean, and good browser but now it’s adding these features that no one asked for. At least make it customizable. You can’t just add features and not let us change it based on our interest. All you show is some tabloid news and ads that is based on users in my area. I don’t wanna know how everyone’s eyes are on Queen Letizia or 6 ways to remain friends with benefits. Especially nothing about Kendall Jenner’s ribbed top.

Opera used to be the best browser alternative hands down. Now it’s atrocious. The only reason I’m giving it more than one star is because I appreciate being able to sync with my desktop browser (which I have no problems with, it’s just mobile that is garbage). I hate the newsfeed, as does everyone else apparently. Stupid headlines, websites I’ve never heard of, and thumbnail pictures with basically naked women which is great when I need to look something up at work. Thank god I can use the vpn without using the opera browser on my phone. This is absolute garbage.

To make this 5 star, all they have to do is make the fake news homepage optional. Uninstalling until this is changed
