Between the rampant porn in the newsfeeds and other spam like miscellaneous garbage I have zero interest in on my front page, this app deserves less than the one star that I was required to give it here. Dont install. Dont support.

Says there is a connection error every time I try to log into my account, so I can't sync my profile, bookmarks, etc.

I like the idea that I could save content & sync it across various phones so I decided to create an account. The passwords don’t work. Works on the phone at first it seems then it’s invalid. Doesn’t work on the phone. It’s like I’m just making up passwords in my head. But u just said it was a good word. I get an error message so I have sadly deleted the app on my 10 and my 6S. Other than that it’s a cool app. I’d used it without logging in and it was great. Save offline is the big winner but trying to sync across devices failed so I’m here to cry ? about it.

It’s slow but I use this to watch YouTube videos while I’m doing something else on my phone,, outside the app. YouTube has this as well but it’s only on YouTube red and you have to pay for it.... so I’m glad this app works for that. Very happy. I’m giving it 3 stars so i don’t have to pay for youtube red. BTW put it on desktop mode to view videos (like from YouTube) outside of the app :) thnx for reading,, have a positive day !

Used to love Coast version. This went away. Unable to do so many basic things, like printing. Now no printing. Trying to read news is frequently impossible as it scrolls rapidly thru news s articles & news articles freeze up on page.

The newsfeed is garbage. I imagine Opera must be making a decent amount of money from advertisers and news outlets to be forcing users to see them without the option to disable it.

I've started using Opera on my computer since Firefox revamped add-ons/extensions (even the ESR is buggy and slow now). My Opera account syncs between computers, but when I try to log in on the iOS version, I get a sync error. A quick search reveals this is an issue with the mobile browser and has been for some time. Alternative browsers on iOS are a pain to use anyway. Without the ability to sync, there's really no point in using one.
