Love that this exists. Happy to pay for a pro version that would allow me to install additional tools. For instance I would love to install TaskWarrior on my iPad. Looking forward to the day that happens...
I love this app. The only thing that could make it better is more access to stuff. For example, I put in “cd /var/mobile” but it said that access is denied. :/
This a great tool while on the go, every system admin or any IT member should have or if your just making pancakes at home and want to ping your network devices from the kitchen.
I got this app because I’m trying to learn all the nitty gritty of Bash. I was trying to make a variable to echo, and this is what it gave me: Test Phone: FRANK="test string" FRANK="test: command not found Test Phone: FOR='test string' FOR='test: command not found Test Phone: STRING="sring" STRING="sring": command not found Test Phone: $STRING="string" $STRING="string": command not found Test Phone: I know the last on isn’t right, I was grasping at straws. Disappointed.
I would like to specify the port on the ssh, sftp and telnet commands. There does not seem to be any way to do that. Otherwise seems like a heart app.
If you are used to Linux style command to operate, then this the app that you can use your iPhone that way.
