Not enough restaurants participate anymore

This used to be a great place to inspire me to find a new place, review the menu, make a reservation, plus earn points (however slowly). But most restaurants have pulled out and it’s impossible to redeem points.
Great App For Home Or While Traveling

I love this app for finding a reservation around my home and especially when I’m traveling. It makes it easy to know what restaurants are close by to where I’m staying and it’s great to be able to look at reviews and menus and also see the restaurant itself. I love this app and I’d be lost without it!
Easy to use. But don’t like new forced rating.

I have used this app a lot. But recently have found that in order to make another reservation, I am forced to rate my most recent prior dining experience. I don’t like having to do this and may just start calling the restaurants directly.

I’ve been using Opentable for years. I earned a $200 dining credit and instead of sending me a check like they have in the past, they sent me on a wild goose chase that led nowhere near my earned $200 credit. #whengoodappsgobad

I am wondering if open table is open for business. Can not sign in on either the app or website due to “technical difficulties”

.......don't ask me to enter the time since the app brings up the available times and I have to choose the time again.
Love it, but needs work.

Great concept, love the point system (although I wish they did not expire after one year due to inactivity) spent way too much time going in circles trying to adjust the number of people from the default of two. Ended up not using app to make reservation, used the website instead which also needs work to make it easier for occasional users. Suggest a redesign where the app leads user through asking questions about how many people you want, the date, then time.
