Need to fix your app and website

I am very upset how so many restaurants use this company and yet the app dosent really work as good as just calling the restaurant talking to someone and making reservations. It's impossible to get anything done with the app and not to mention how much restaurants must be losing business due to people getting frustrated after 10 min of trying to do something as simple as make a reservation. Please fix asap or please go out of business so we can actually have someone who knows what they are doing go into business... you are not helping any of us...!

I often have to magically find restaurants for foreign business colleagues. I used to have to keep track of all the places I sent them to in past years. Now, I can just find a type of restaurant, read reviews and make reservations for them. It works well for me.

No Google Account Login?

I normally use the website to make reservations, but figured I’d download the app for convenience. But for some reason there’s only three options to access your profile, 1. Sign in with Facebook 2. Sign in with open table 3. Create an account Why is a google account login missing? I’m able to log in with my google account on the website... I’m guessing this an Apple vs Google issue. But I can sign into gmail on the mail app just fine. Don’t want to bother making another account just to sign into the app since my points wouldn’t transfer.

Just set up a reservation with California pizza kitchen - get there and they say they don’t have a reason as to why table isn’t ready.

Our server, nick, was very accommodating and attentive to our time since we had a show to get to. Just a phenomenal experience. Had the surf and turf, the fillet melted in your mouth like butter
