Haven't been able to get the App to work. It just crashes each time I open it. Guess I'll have to stick to using the key.

I have been waiting for this as a Marriott life time Platinum member for a long time. Unfortunately, it's not even close to being ready. First it didn't work at all, had to go back to the front desk to reset. Then it worked 2 times. As soon as the app was closed it stopped working and my actual keys stopped working. After that I deleted and reinstalled the app which never worked. So, not ready for prime time AT ALL! Just so you know I have an I-phone 6S with Mophie case which they said makes a difference. I can't imagine why because no other bluetooth app seems to make the claim it's the Mophie's fault.

This is a horrible app that doesn't work. It crashes, won't do what it says. It got worse after registering. It won't open anything even after restarting device twice and making sure Bluetooth was on....HORRIBLE APP! Recommend Marriott to stay away and get whatever money they invested, back.

I often have to work away. So should find hotel motels to me is very important. Now I do not have to worry about it anymore, this app has helped me do it

It was really an exciting experience staying at The Ashton. Didnt knew they had this technology, You just put your phone to the door and it opens boom ??. At first the receptionist was like would you like to use your phone as a key to your room? and i was like what do you mean? Then she explained it to me and after using it i was like wow ?. Looking to see more of this type of technology being implemented. Goodluck ???? to the developers and thanks for such a wonderful app it works like a charm. Merry Christmas :)

Smooth and easy just follow the directions. Works great since I always forget my key in my room. And the chat feature at secret Silversands is awesome.

When I checked into the hotel they offered me mobile key and gave me a back up key, Initially I had been using my key card and then when I came in at night my key card had stopped working (it had demagnetized from being against my phone) so I was able to use Openkey instead of going all the way back to the front desk to issue me a new key. This was a life saver, I'll definitely look forward to using again.
