Just used this at the Zoetry resort

Ihateyou11

Was offered the app at the front desk, and used it to open my hotel room door. It was so cool! No learning curve at all.

good app!

works well and better than waiting in line to check-in

No more confusing scrolling hotels

The update I just downloaded took away the confusing scrolling hotels.

Have used this app a couple months ago at a Marriott hotel and just downloaded the update.

Used the app at the Silversands Resort when I checked in they gave me my room key on my mobile phone. worked great

Dropped room key multiple times

This would be useful if it worked reliably. The app dropped the room key on multiple occasions resulting in having to go back to the front desk each time to rekey.

AMAZING...!!!

Can’t being to express how amazing having mobile key will be to guests, hotel employees etc. The fact guests can see on the app the day they check out and the time is amazing! Even better if guests need a late check or change departure date, they do not need to stop by the desk, everything can be done remotely and their access on the phone is extended. This is amazing and I love it!!!

Sounds like a neat idea

But not well implemented because it lacks a Watch App. It's like with Apple Pay. Still a drag if you have to get your iPhone out, which negates much of the advantage that makes it really convenient. I'd certainly would go to a hotel where I could use the watch to open the room door over one where that's not supported!

Needs More Updates

This could be a really cool feature, except at the hotel I used it at it didn’t work half the time. I ended up having to get a physical key because I needed to be sure I could get into my room. Maybe someday it’ll work better!

Works where?!?

This app works with 17 hotels across the country... small random places. Searched for hotel in Los Angeles... nothing! Searched “California”... 17 results. Only 7 in CA and the rest across US. Don’t even know what this app will do - can’t do anything until you book one of the 17 hotels.
