would be better if there were more app options

i tried the free trial and did think it was okay, but it's not all that useful for me because it doesn't block all the apps i use. i could block ALL internet but there are some apps that i need to use. i wish there was option to block more apps, or something like blocking all internet EXCEPT a specific app, like youtube for when i put on my music to go to sleep. if that were the case i would pay for it.

I did a free trial. It said it would block social media like Facebook. I understood it could take 5 minutes to take effect. I understood it could have an override if I absolutely had to use an app I could say I wanted to pause the blocking. However, Facebook functioned just as it usually would, with new content loaded for all 20 minutes. It did nothing other than congratulate me foe all the time I was saving. I could set a timer on my phone and congratulate myself as my phone habits do not change- what is the point ?

Never knew how much an app could help me until now. great app for if you want to start focusing on life and not giving all your focus to the distractions on your phone. I finally meditated today for the first time in a long time.

So this app is a lifesaver. Social media is heavily addictive and it’s disgusting what I have allowed it do to me. With Opal I can now lock these apps away and only check them when necessary. I am actually reading a book again! I was an avid reader once upon a time and once I got sucked into the virtual world I can’t concentrate at all. Now I can.

Great app, but seems like it isn't working 100% of the time for Instagram, even after the time it takes to boot up.
