I Am Reading Again – Opal: Screen Time for Focus Review

So this app is a lifesaver. Social media is heavily addictive and it’s disgusting what I have allowed it do to me. With Opal I can now lock these apps away and only check them when necessary. I am actually reading a book again! I was an avid reader once upon a time and once I got sucked into the virtual world I can’t concentrate at all. Now I can.
