Need actual real train arrival time .. if delayed we need live updates on real time arrivals ... not 10 mins after it arrives and has left the station
Misses cancelled trains

This app does not really inform when Trains are late (until it’s too late) or even cancelled trains even when scheduled . The email alerts are better than this app.
Fraudulent alert

This app has subscription service where he charges four dollars a year. It requires you to register at their website and what does not have a way to capture the purchase that I made. And when you try to restore the purchase and if you cannot see my initial purchase it fails to honor my purchase. The developer of the app will not refund you the money. Apple will not refund you the money after 60 days. So you cannot get the money nor the services that you pay for. I hate getting ripped of. I hope Apple takes some action!
Track Predictions

If there is a particular track that is closed due to track work the system needs to be updated to either reflect the predicted track or nothing at all. All it does is creat havoc in the station. Get it together LIRR / Amtrak.

I like the prediction feature now but how accurate is it in the new update? My prediction said track 12 literally just seconds before the track was actually announced at Penn Station but the train arrived on track 14.
Change OnTime to GoodLuck LIRR

Useful APP. Information is setup in an easy to use format. However, connecting TRACK information is a bit sketchy. App should be named Good Luck LiRR. Good luck catching your connecting train given the constant delays, broke down M3 trains, and track changes. Fortunately, the tech developers do their jobs effectively.
