Used To Be Better

Used to be much better before the upgrade. I want to plan a ride in 2 days and it keeps on crashing. If a rider can’t plan a ride in the future what is the point? I just downloaded another LIRR and is much simpler and doesn’t crash when planning a ride 2 days ahead.

I use this app daily but since I’ve upgraded it keeps crashing when I try to look up a trip in advance. I tried lookin. Up tomorrow’s schedule and the app just turns black and cuts out. Very annoying

It worked like a charm until I updated today. It won’t open so it is now deleted.

Since last update it no longer works. Tries to load schedule and then closes. This used to be good but now.......
Lots of crashes and finally stopped working.

It’s been hanging and crashing a lot lately, until it stopped working completely after the latest update when I chose from Penn Station to Hicksville. The app sits there, unresponsive to buttons, until it crashes. I can’t even make a problem report, which requires the app to run.
Ruined my travel plans!

Awful! It doesn’t update the train schedules when they’re changed or trains are cancelled. I missed a connecting train today because the app didn’t tell me my first train wasn’t running this weekend. I checked other apps and unlike this one, they had accurate information! Don’t wait until it ruins your day too. Either don’t get it at all, or delete it from your phone ASAP.
