I love this game, but after the latest update, i can't open the app... It just wouldn't open. I click the app, logo appear for lest than half a second then i'm out of the game, it just wouldn't start... I should've trust my instinct not to update the latest version :(

UPDATE: I’ve left the old message so anyone can see what I had said before. I’ve changed my rating to a full 5 stars as the problems seem to have been fixed. I’m not entirely certain that they have as I had to do a complete delete and redownload to get it to work correctly but it appears functional for now. Since the Christmas update, December 25, 2019, the app for iOS has been buggy as hell. Not only did I have to erase the entire game and redownload it just to get it from sticking at the entrance screen, but certain parts of the game now cause crashes. I should point out that this is a magnificent game. It’s beautiful and extremely fun, though a bit on the expensive side, but it’s still always been fun. Also, this game has NEVER, and I mean NEVER crashed for me, until the Christmas update. I’m still giving 4 stars though my gut says I should cut it down to two until these problems are fixed, but I like the game too much to do that. Oh, and one specific thing; every time I go to the Team area, the game instantly crashes now and the Christmas Boss is causing similar problems. Please fix this guys.

Enjoyed playing this game for several years, but the latest update (Dec 15, 2019) crashes instantly on launch using iOS 9.

The game is awesome. My biggest problem is that the game will not allow you to play from platforms to platforms (I.e. iOS to android, vise versa). I have 4 accounts that are bind to each(apple Game Center, FB, Twitter, and Steam). On iOS, you can play any of the 4 accounts but when you play the game on PC, you can only play it through Steam and only your Steam account will play. You can’t open your FB, twitter, or Game Center through Steam on the PC. I think this also applies to android. You cannot play Game Center, FB, Twitter while switching to android. I wish they could make the game to play any account on any platform.
Can no longer get into the game

Since the last update I can no longer get into the game. My saved data is not available and it wants me to start a new account yet doesn’t allow me to type in a name. Disappointed since i has some pretty awesome SSR at high levels.
