After a day of enjoyment, I decided to support the developer and purchase a small currency pack. Long story short, the currency never came. I’ve been through 4 support tickets, and iTunes refuses to help. They have no trouble taking my money, but they refuse to deliver their end of the transaction. Almost every support ticket response asked for a screenshot of my bank information “for proof,” even though I’ve supplied screenshots of every interaction about this purchase from iTunes and a receipt copy from my email (including transaction id, seller id, and all important information you think would be enough). This company has lost a potential whale, and I would advise anyone who spends money on gacha games to stay away.

It is much more than a gatcha game! It actually keeps on growing more and more, with storylines and characters. I love onmyoji so much!

Basically it has come to the point where I hate updates to this game, as it has taken up 7 whole GB on my phone. There’s no reason this app should be 7 whole GB. I’ve had to delete almost everything just to play this game and with each update i’m running out of things to delete. This is SUPER frustrating!!!! Not to mention, this game isn’t even on steam for mac so I can’t just switch platforms. I’m about to have to delete this app despite spending so much time and money on it because i can’t keep deleting my pictures and apps. Ridiculous.

Overall, the game quality is very intriguing and having it voiced is a double plus. The only problem I have is with the low chance rate of pulling a SSR or SP unit. You can spend 50-100 amulets and only get one SSR. There are even chances of 1/200 amulets being SSR or SP. It can get frustrating, especially for the events and you get nothing. Amulets aren’t cheap either or very easy to save up, so I feel that it would be more innovative to do something about it as I’ve seen that it’s a common complaint and has lead to many to just leave the game because they’ve spent quite a fortune but haven’t gotten much. And last of all, it would have been a 5 star if not for the game crashing so often after the maintenance. At first it was just me being unable to battle or doing any matches, than it progressed to a point where I can’t even go into the game for 5 minutes. I would greatly appreciate if this problem is fixed, especially since I can’t do my daily login!
