It won’t let me play the game

Onmyoji looks like a good game, but I can’t play it. When i download the files it won’t load the game, it will just stay on the loading screen. I have tried restarting the process over and over again but it doesn’t work. I really am interested in this game but I can’t play it. I really hope you will be able to help me out.
Great game but still need improvement

Really great game, love the mechanics, gameplay and everything. But when it comes to bugs and lags, the game is really unfriendly to phone that doesn’t run that well. I played this game on Chinese server with my iPhone 6s, I’ve got 60fps, no bugs no lags. While I played Onmyoji on the same phone, I’ve got the worst fps possible and lags every time I tried to switch soul set. I’ve got no idea how 2 games with same name from same company could have such different experience in terms of FPS and lags. But game is still great, 3 stars
Can’t transfer account from iOS to Android

After the latest update the game no longer crashes as frequently! Though as much as I appreciate the developers fixing that, it looks like I’ll still stop playing once my Android phone gets here as you CANNOT transfer game data from iOS to Android.
Broken almost impossible to reload

It s almost impossible to reload the game because of its huge file size. Once, an error occurs, and there’s a need to fix the client, it’s almost impossible to reload it, even if there is a WiFi connection. The load would continue to stop after the bunny finished running and never actually entered the actual game. If you turn the game off or the game turn off, you have to restart the whole download process again of 3.4 GB. it won’t be strange that someone who enjoyed the game ended up quitting because of this. However, this is by far the longest game ever played. Started a few months after the game first launched and have been here ever since. The characters and design r really beautiful and you can’t never get tired looking at it. The music is also beautiful until getting tired because there’s only that few bgm variety
