This app does work, and if you are having problems with it, they are not the ones to blame. But to get it to work well, there are some important things you need to understand... - Ethernet [LAN Cable Connection] is NEEDED, App will not work effectively without it. - To be Perfectly Honest, a 5G Connection is not nescessary though, but with it you do experience less on screen glitches. -The Synchronization Process is very easy. Just change a few settings on the Xbox, put your iOS Device on the same Wifi Network as the Xbox and Sign in using your Microsoft Account in OneCast and you’re in! Some Tips and Important Notes: MFi Controllers: -They connect Easily, The Xbox just registers them as an Off-Brand Controller. -If your Controller does not have L3/R3 you will need to put a “shortcut”, so that when you press down two different buttons [of your choice] Simultaneously, it’ll press L3. For example: If I set L3 to be L2+X I would press and Hold L2 and X to Press L3 [L3 is Pressing down on the Left Stick on an Xbox One Controller] -You can use it as a Second Controller! No Need to buy another Xbox One Controller when you have an MFi Controller, just open OneCast and Connect your MFi Controller with the IPad and through OneCast your MFi Controller will connect to the Xbox! Login: -I would highly recommend Setting your Xbox Live account to Auto-Login on your Xbox One. If you do not, Every time you want to play on OneCast you need to turn on the Xbox and using a different screen, login to your Xbox Live Account EVERY Time you want to play. -After doing this all you need to do is turn on the Xbox and once it has powered on and Logged in to your account you will be able to simply press “Play” in OneCast and your Xbox will connect. Other: -There are not that many settings, which I find sort-of Dissapointing because its not quite as customizable as I would like, but it works fine. - IMPORTANT: Settings your Graphics Quality to “High” or “Very High” will affect Gameplay Dramatically! If you think your Wifi and iOS Device can handle it [Which my 2017 iPad couldn’t] you might want to try setting it to High [It raises the Graphics quality a lot]. Very High doesnt change much, but seems to just get in the way of gameplay even more. Setting it to “Low” though lowers Graphics quality Insanely to the point where most games are unplayable. “Medium” or “High” are your best bets. - Also, I find it very annoying that on iPad [And Possibly iPhone and iPod, Idrk.] that the Display does not take up the Entire Screen. I understand that they left a little at the bottom for the dock, But I find it annoying that the top is not taken advantage of. Not sure if this is just impossible to change, or hard to change, but If it is possible, I hope that the Developers can change that. This app is hot garbage. Super laggy and I have nice WiFi and it disconnects every five minute. Waste of 12 bucks

This app actually works extremely well. After the update making the on screen buttons able to be modified, i have to give it a 5 star review. couldn't be happier now!

Well I will say that this little app is neat AF! What I could do on my laptop for streaming I can now do on my phone, makes it easier for playing Xbox but without the huge laptop. I was skeptical at first but it’s worth the $12 if you’re really looking for something like this. Only thing I can think of is maybe setting up a VPN for even more remote connectivity when you’re far from home and on the go but still wanna pop into a game real fast just to check something.

I was a bit nervous about this app at first but after setting it up and trying out GTA Online on it, I was hooked. Best app for this as of June 4, 2019. If you’re on the fence about it just spend the money and get it. Just note that this still requires you to be in range of the console to use the controller which I’d highly recommend. Overall, a very good app for streaming Xbox!
