Keeps crashing

No matter what I do, app keeps crashing on my iPhone XR and iPad air. Getting to the point where I am about to give up using this app.
App keeps on crashing every 10 minutes.

I use ipad and the app keeps on crashing every 10 minutes and I have to restart the app and manually find where I left off. Very annoying and frustrating

I wonder if Ondemandkorea even reads these reviews. There are so many things need to be fixed but seems like they don’t care about their customers. Please add apple keyboard support for fast forward or rewind, esc for exit full screen. Also pinching does not work for exit or entering full screen. It’s like using first ever invented tablet. How lame!

I’m giving it a three simply because too much of it is premium/membership. And I can’t afford to use my money on this when I have taxes and bills to pay. The other thing is some movies that say are free aren’t loading and that really bothers me. Maybe it’s gonna update? I don’t know. The last thing is it is frustrating to be unable to remove something from continue watching, especially when I’ve lost interest in it. Could be better but other than that…
Really annoying ads in Chinese & Vietnamese

I understand that with the free service I need to endure the ads. However I don’t understand why I need to sit through ads in languages other than Korean and English. It is really annoying to just sit through those ads in Chinese and Vietnamese when I can’t even fast forward the ads because for your information I do not speak any of those languages.
Great selection of shows but really annoying advertisements.

There are lots of shows for free which I like but the ads are so annoying. Especially the most recent “play game” ads. They’re 1 min long and you get 3 at a time with no skip function so you’re stuck with 3 minutes of boring ads. Please fix this and I’ll give you a 5 star rating. I shouldn’t be watching ads for longer than 1 and a half minutes.
