Limited KOCOWA content even with premium

Upgraded to premium years ago so I can enjoy KOCOWA content and without ads. ONDEMAND team doesn’t upload all KBS shows which are under KOCOWA content such as Problem Child In The House (옥탑방의 문제아들), and shows tile ads next to the video so what is the point of paying for premium? Also, the app used to play from where I left off, but now it doesn’t - it plays from the beginning. Make the mistake of touching the timeline scrub and it stops working completely. I’ve emailed their support team about missing KOCOWA content (they used to have PRoblem Child In The House show but removed it months ago without any notice and upload horrible content like YouTube shorts) and the timeline scrubbing issue MULTIPLE times and not a single response from their customer “no service” team.

Ads are locking up

Your ads are locking up and just giving a load sign……… nothing on the screen but 1 of 2 ads in top right corner………..

Used to be decent and then they started to put tons of ads Now even you stop the video and resume it and they play 2-3 ads Every single time and just recently now they removed all non premium episodes of premium membership shows so literally nothing to do in this app now. Just typical money wanting operators ending up hitting back of their own head.

Many old episodes have been delete and they only left a very few of the recent episodes for some shows like “I live alone” so now you can’t watch the older episodes from like 2 years ago on some shows. I guess it could be a major bug but it won’t show up on my phone,laptop, or tv. Which I used this app because I could see many shows and there were many older episodes as well which is a big disappointment for me

Premium member casting

I upgraded to the premium member. It has trouble connecting to my smart tv via airplay. Only reason I paid for the premium be able to cast to the big screen.

Too frequent glitches

Cannot cast videos to my tv.

I have a smart tv. I am not able to cast the videos from my iPhone 11 Pro plus to my tv. I tried everything including deleting the app and reinstalling it. Help. Update oct 15, 2021. Still can’t cast to smart tv. Even with the new recent update. I have the premium subscription.

Not compatible with Google home

Ondemandkorea is the only app that we have that does not work consistently with our Google home making it difficult for us to cast the content to different devices from our Apple devices. When will you fix this issue ?
