They run 8 commercials every 10 min of program. Most of programs that are worth to watch is locked under “prime”even it they are from free public tv program. Clearly try to force to sell membership. I am deleting this app.

- Needs to show most recent shows/newly released videos on front page somehow so I don’t have to go guessing which episodes are new. App mostly shows most popular shows for each section not necessarily the most recently released content for that particular day. At the moment the mobile app doesnt do that. You can only go to a section and filter by ‘newest’. - Back button is hard to see sometimes since it’s on top of the video, esp against a white backdrop video. Would be difficult for older people to see. - would like to see suggestive search when typing stuff in the searchbar. - a way to see how many devices are concurrently connected in the account settings. This is all for now. Haven’t used it extensively, but the first point I mentioned is a feature that should already exist.

I am using an iPad Pro and it will not let me turn on the subtitles to watch Charles My Neighbor . I have deleted the app and reinstalled it a few times but have the same problem.

The latest update crashes the startup of the app before it has even started. Cant even get into the program to use it. Please fix it immediately!

Blocking the casting feature behind a pay wall is egregious and wreaks of greed. Shame on the developers.

There are many good shows but the videos keep glitching with the ads. I’ll be in the middle of an episode and then an ad will come out but will disappear but the audio will then overlap the actual video. I will get out of the app and come back in but it will always skip to the next episode and it’s rlly annoying.

Overall I enjoy using this app on my phone and AppleTV. BUT there are a some big problems in my opinion. First at times the subtitles completely disappear. This can be very frustrating. Even when the app is restarted the issue persists. Second if I have a paying subscription there should be no ads on the iPhone app. For those with paid membership let us be able to search media according to the level of the subscription. Another issue I’ve noticed more on my AppleTV is that the app does terrible with keeping track of what you’ve watched. This includes the episode you are currently on in a drama or if a particular episode or movie was partially watched.
