Was update a year ago and fixed no bugs.

This is the reason why smart people prefer not to use Windows, because of bad programming such as this. It’s unfortunate that we don’t have another option.

Inconsistent and Awful app

One day it works fine. The next day it is totally worthless and wastes huge amounts of time trying to read a simple email. Then it works occasionally with glitches such as you must enter the code manually. Clicking on it in the email from MS fails to enter the code. If you fail too often, Microsoft tells you that “you have requested too many codes today and to try again TOMORROW”! What a great business service and app! It prevents you from reading your business email or delays you reading it for days! Recently Microsoft failed to even deliver an email with a decryption code after I requested one 2 - 4 times hourly for 18 hours. No errors or message that their system might be down. Nothing! 2 days later it is working fine again!! Typical MS abuse of its customers. Uncountable experiences like this are why I left Windows and all things-Microsoft behind 17 years ago. Really, a telephone call or snail mail would be much more efficient and probably more secure. Save days of your life and your sanity; REFUSE TO USE THIS APP. Instead, waste the time of users who send you email requiring it by calling them on the phone to communicate instead, and tell them why.

Why have an account?

I have an account and password, but I still had to wait for and use a one time passcode. It gave me no option to enter my account user name and password.

An utter POS

Let's see - to send an email you need a code. Great idea. Let's try to take something that is inherently simple, sending mail, and make it as complex as having 1000 drop down menus like Excel. In addition, you can't attach photos or documents in the text of the mail. I thought Outlook was already secure. Why add the stupidity of this painful to use app on top of what is already secure.

Terrible App!

After going through various and lengthy hoops to view the .pdf file there is no provision for printing it!
