I would give it no stars if possible. This may be fine for companies that have business subscriptions but for the individual user, it takes 10 minutes flipping screens and reopening email to retrieve a password. Once you have the password, you cannot cut and paste it back to the viewer that is holding your message hostage.

I can't say it's clunky or hard to use, because it doesn't work. Maybe if it worked it would move up to clunky and hard to use.

It will not open. I try following the instructions but the icon will not appear for me to open it.

Passcode Problems

On my iPhone using mail app. Seems like you need a one-time passcode to get your one-time passcode ad-infinity.

Issues opening

Once you tap the image you want to open and select open with OME Viewer you would think enter a passcode and it's open. No I have to do this multiple times and request multiple pass codes before it opens. This is work related and can not wait all day fumbling through a finicky app. Please fix these issues.

I received an encrypted message that required this app. I downloaded the app. Not only would the app not decode the message, it wouldn't even open! Demand your senders find another way to send you encrypted messages. This app is TOTALLY WORTHLESS. App Store sent me to Microsoft support. Microsoft says that since I downloaded this from Apple, it is their problem. The app won't work, nobody will help you make it work. TOTALLY WORTHLESS.
