I'm used to the Condé Nast app because I used it with another of their magazines, but this one lacks a feature that one did. You can't you zoom in on the text. It does give you one larger type choice, but given the font and layout is the same as in the print edition - I.e. crowded - I would still like a bigger choice or the ability to zoom. I prefer reading my magazines online, so I will see if I want to extend my trial subscription.

The “library” button has disappeared, can’t access my other issues of the New Yorker.
reading sept 18 issue forever
Love reading the New Yorker but the latest version is missing the “go back” arrow at the top left when you are in an issue so you can see all the issues. Current version basically makes you stuck in whatever issue you click on so click wisely! To the app developer- please fix this problem!

True to its atrocious reviews here, when i attempted to activate my digital subscription, an error occurred and i was told to try again later. The New Yorker is a great magazine, but it cant afford the arrogance manifest in its disregard for digital formats. Conde Nast, spend less time developing predatory subscription policies and more time on a decent apps!!

I cannot switch between issues on iPhone. Do you ever test this app??

You are losing money with this lousy app. Won’t let me subscribe despite trying repeatedly. Gets stuck at “purchasing subscription”. Apple should have kept the NewsStand app and publishers should’ve kept their magazines there instead of creating own apps.

In the current version, I can’t switch between one issue and another.

I love The New Yorker, I am a print/digital subscriber. The app has always worked beautifully for me, I never have any problems with it. Great app and perfect magazine for current times!!
