Why is this application being updated when it was replaced by NYC Ferry and it will no longer allow you to purchase ferry tickets? It should be removed from the App store. The NYC Ferry application is HORRIBLE!! It is missing maps, schedules, announcements. Features from this application should be copied into the NYC Ferry app.

App treats Port Imperial and Weehawken (by Sheraton) as the same. Left from outside Sheraton, returned over a mile away. Now eating an Uber fare.

Apparently they don't run ferries to Brooklyn, but I can still buy a season pass?!?! The app also gives schedules and lets me buy tix for days they don't run?! UPDATE THIS APP!!

This app gave me the wrong ferry times! Now the upgrade disables it and forces you to switch to the ferry app which is IMPOSSIBLE to use! BAG OF DIX!

App frequently bugs out and doesn't allow you to access purchased tickets. Like this morning.

Sometimes the monthly ticket can't be loaded. You have to buy single tickets and mail back the receipts to get the refund. Using paper tickets is always safer.

Missed my boat because purchased ticket is " locked " and asked me to use my other iphone where i purchased and 'saved' the pass or move ticket storage. . what an ill-thought non customer friendly design.

Replaced by a much buggier, more annoying app. Too bad there is no one in the greater metropolitan area who can code, and Bytemarks hired someone's 13-year-old nephew.
