There are a lot of songs/videos missing

My sons love Dave and Ava and it seemed like a no-brainer to make this investment for them. However, a lot of the videos that they like are not available for download (like the ones with all the monkeys). I thought we’d have access to all videos, so this is quite disappointing because it does not match what is advertised when they’re watching YouTube. Also it would be best for the app to come with all the videos vs us having to manually add one by one. It’s so time consuming. We love Dave and Ava. Fix this please.

This app is fantastic. I love that I can download the videos and watch them off line. This has been a game changer for long car rides that were previously terrible. The only thing I wish was that you could make ‘play lists’ that were savable. Then I could make a couple play lists with different kinds of songs/play lengths and pick from those. Hand selecting the songs you want each time can get annoying. If they added this feature, the app would be perfection!

Why buy the expensive app?

I’m very frustrated with buying the expensive app when I need to then subscribe and pay more? There is zero benefits to paying $60 and I wish I could get my money back. I was very excited at the beginning because it’s good song and content but after buying the app, it then tells you that you need to subscribe and pay more. Very disappointed

To the creators of Dave and Ava: THANK YOU SO MUCH! This is hands down the best app ever! My daughter, Mia, has been obsessed with these videos since she was super small (about 2 months old). She is now 7 months old and STILL enjoys your videos. She could be having a huge meltdown but as soon as I turn this app on she’s all smiles! She laughs while watching the videos too. She has her own iPad strictly for this app only. Therefore the lock button on the screen is amazing and so smart. She loves trying to touch the characters but the lock prevents her from exiting the app or changing settings. Please keep doing what y’all are doing and don’t stop! You guys bring my little girl so much joy! Hoping the app gets some updated videos soon!

Just purchased- not working

Just purchased this app and it will not allow me to download any songs. It says I would be connecting to an untrusted server. There is no easy way to contact the developers, I only found an email address from reading other negative reviews. My daughter loves the videos on YouTube, so I thought I would splurge on the app. I’m so disappointed. What a waste of money.

Our kids absolutely adore Dave and Ava. We watched on Youtube for months before before we decided to purchase the app. One of the key reasons we bought the app was because we thought we would be able to control which videos our kids watch. We don't care for several of the songs Dave and Ava sing, but we liked that we could delete the songs we don't like. However, we've discovered that there is nothing in place to prevent the kids from just downloading the songs again. If there were a way to prevent the kids from downloading the songs we didn't want our kids listening to, it would be perfect. For now, Youtube is a better option for us because after we've prescreened a video, we can keep playing the YouTube video over and over. It's a shame the app doesn't work for us. We had such high hopes for it.

Super educational! Very catchy tunes! I love getting constant new videos. My daughter has enjoyed this since she was 1 and now she’s 3 very worth the $. My son is 6 months and he enjoys the tunes and watches the videos as well!
