I purchased this but did not realize it was only 100 nursery rhymes. Of course, you get the learning app free for 7 days but then you have to get a subscription. Research carefully before getting involved with this company. It seems pretty financially extravagant especially for a grandmother.?
Videos won’t download

I’ve been trying all day long to get one video to download. I finally got one to get to 80% downloaded after about 10 minutes and then it quit and reset itself. My son LOVES Dave and Ava and I really wanted him to have this for long trips which we do frequently. I am so disappointed to have spent quite a bit of money on an app that doesn’t work. If there is a secret I don’t know about to get downloads to work, please share!

Paid $60 for the full version of the app and it’s still showing up as the limited, free version and I’m really annoyed.
Why you don’t add new songs in app which you have on YouTube

I like this app but after paying for it yet this app never update.i mean online we can see new songs from dave and Ava but y you guys never add song in your app.after paying for this app we should get new song in this app.
Good app but family sharing doesn’t work

The app is expensive but would have been worth it if we could have put it on both parent’s devices, but although app says family sharing is supported it doesn’t work. The cartoons are cute and my toddler loves them. He does get tired of the ones he sees a lot so more new songs would be great:

I bought this app and had problems with it right away. You have to download the videos to the player but the downloads are extremely slow, every attempt to download has timed out and failed. I requested a refund through the App Store on the grounds that the app does not work but my request was flat out rejected. This is ridiculous for a $60 app! When I try to visit the developers website, the server is unavailable, also.
Where is the shape and numbers.

I pay $60 but all I see is Rhymes where is the shapes, numbers, animal sounds? Plus I have to download every song?

We love Dave &Ava in our home. Our 2 yr old has learned her ABC’s and 123’s from this programming. I do wish we could get more of the new videos in our APP! We use it on road trips every week!
